Summary of results - December 2018 to March 2019

Mordialloc Beach drains do not flow regularly, with no flow recorded in 15 out of 16 reports received. Epsom Street drain is the only drain to record water flowing (a small flow) and an ammonia reading. This flow was not related to recent rainfall, so if more of these flows are detected, EPA sampling will occur so we confirm the type and extent of pollution.

All this data helps EPA gather a better understanding of stormwater flows affecting Mordialloc Beach. Reports will be collected until the end of May 2019 and begin again in late 2019.
