Darebin Creek pollution alert removed
A glue like substance spilled on the corner of Settlement and Plenty roads in Bundoora was reported by the transport company responsible for the spill. The company, also responsible for cleanup, advised that the road had been flushed to remove the residue which impacted the stormwater system.
Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) has deemed the cleanup satisfactory with residue impacting the stormwater system having now dispersed.
