Alert removal for Darebin Creek

Please be advised that an alert relating to discolouration in Darebin Creek, upstream of Ford Street, Thornbury has now been removed.

Two burst mains caused milky discoloured water to enter the Darebin Creek, upstream of Ford Street, in Thornbury. These two mains have since been repaired by Yarra Valley Water. No reports of discoloured water in Darebin Creek have been received since Monday 23rd of March.
