Alert removed for Brushy Creek Mooroolbark

A call from community alerted Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) to discoloured water flowing into Brushy Creek (tributary of the Yarra River), near Mount View Parrade, Mooroolbark.

The discolouration was due to a burst main which has since been repaired. 

The Victorian community has a vital role in protecting the environment. Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) relies on the community to report incidents of pollution, environmental hazard or other activities potentially harmful to the environment.
